Cool Canyon Retreat
It was 91 degrees at the mouth of the canyon, but cooled off to 67 degrees at the summit a few minutes later.

This pictures is actually brighter than it actually was. The moon was out and the shadows were deep, but if I left the shadows you couldn't see the beauty of the moment. It was a nice cool evening in the canyon.
I liked the silhouette of the mountains against the purple sky with a little setting sun glow.
Our trip up the canyon was a great way to cool off on a hot day. The temperature in the valley had dropped 10 degrees, to 81, by the time we got home.
