Time with Bryson and Brady

After McKay's game Bryson and Brady wanted to come over to grandma and grandpa's house for a little while. Mom and Dad approved and off we went. A visit to grandma and grandpa's on a cold snowy day has to start out with a cup of hot chocolate.

Bryson knew how to take care of his marshmallow.

Brady got his into his chocolate for a second before giving it the big...

 Slurrrrp! Ummmmmm ummmm good!

Time to do a little cooking of his own, Brady is cooking an omlet for me.

It takes a lot of focus to get everything just right.

I left Brady to go downstairs to see what the others were doing. Grandma and Bryson were playing Husker Du.

Brady called to Bryson to come up and help him, he was quick to leap up the stairs to help Brady with his omlet.

They worked it out and made the best omlet I had all day!

The boys helped grandma select the right music and then enjoyed it together.

Brady listened to the music while he played quietly.

Grandma and Bryson couldn't hold still and danced like the stars!

Some new music and the Fish Drum came out. Grandma did a little demo for Bryson and...

He was beating that fish and really into it dancing with drum all over the room.

Dancing with a drum only lasted so long then grandma grabbed Bryson and they danced some more.

While all this toe-tapping music and dancing was going on, Brady was drawing Super Hero figures.

This boy has great focus and a mind of his own.

The CD's were shut off and the kids record player came out. That record player has paid for itself!

Enough of the music, let's get into the Oui and a few Transformer shows to finish out the afternoon with grandma and grandpa. It was snowing all afternoon, but it was hot-chocolate warm and comfortable inside. Thanks for a great afternoon guys!
