We started the day our with desk work, phone calls and staring out the window at the frost on the lawn and roofs. In a few days we'll be looking out the window at heat dripping off the faces of every living creature. Then we moved on to lunch-time with the Cooks and we talked about the good old days we spent in the Middle East together and caught up on families and travels. Dinner came and so did Cameron. Sorry we missed Skylar Pyne, but we sent some left overs home for him. We also found a great outlet for some of our canned goods. Bon Appetite!

Patrice and her friend, Michelle, are en route from Idaho at this very minute and should arrive in an hour or so. We'll host them for a couple of nights while they attend Women's Conference at BYU. Pictures to follow tomorrow.
