There was a little mulch left over when we were done, so I gave it to three of the brethren that helped. Two of them have taken their share, but there is a little more mulch waiting for the third one to pickup this afternoon.
The yard looks nice and the weeds will have a struggle getting through the layer of mulch we laid down. If they root in the mulch they'll be easy to pull out. I think the yard is as prepared as much as it can be for our 18 month furlough from yard duties. We'll turn the fun over to Rob. Thanks again for your help Rob!

Sharing some of the leftovers with the work crew.
Ryan and McKay are a part of the crew. Looks like McKay is ready for some real work with those gloves.
Tyler is always there for us when we need him.
This is the last little bit waiting for pickup this afternoon.
The back berm is ready for the growing season.
Blossoms are out, but it's a cloudy day and they don't look as bright as they could.
The yard seems ready now. You can see the light green/yellow leaves on the plant mom put in the front yesterday.
Time for lunch... grandma's special, mac & cheese. Thanks for your help guys! You better get going now, you don't want to be late to McKay's soccer game. Aren't Saturdays great!
