McKay had to show us his latest bump that resulted in a quick trip to the emergency room. He got cut on a water sprayer on an inflatable slide. It stopped bleeding and they got home from the ER just in time for a trip to the ice cream store with Grandma.
Bryson took his time and savored every bite of his swirl cone. We put it in a cup before it started dripping down his elbows. We all had a fun time... the kids in the Play Zone and the rest of us talked with Tyler about his camp/hike up kings Peak (highest mountain in Utah, over 13,000 feet). It was a wet week here in the valley and so it was too in the mountains. He was wet day and night for the duration of the camp. He came home with wet sore feet... but he has a lot of stories to tell.
We all had smiles... what's not to like about a trip to get ice cream on a hot summer day!
